I know the mainstream media has been gleefully playing GOP soundbites on how Obama's policies are socialistic, but what is receiving less air play are some of the parallels between the current era and the 1920s on income distribution. This of the following when the GOP rants about class warfare:

That's what triggered the 1937 recession, when chickenshit conservatives in Congress ended FDRs programs prematurely.

I hope we can avoid that this time around.

It's really obvious that the cause of economic depression is great wealth at the top. It's less obvious but no less true that such wealth concentration is also the cause of poverty.
