Mom whose soldier son is in Iraq and she was furious, livid at Congress (Democrats) (I won't try to paraphrase her thinking, I was mad at her at first, then became very sad for her. She has the anger of a mother who knows the anxiety and stress of having a child in a war zone, but she clearly needs to be educated about exactly why he's there http://www.charlotteobserver.com/409/story/64428.html. The day ended with the news of the 4 paratroopers from the 82nd who were killed. I couldn't sleep, the words that I wrote above kept swirling around in my head and I kept thinking about W who was probably sleeping like a baby without a care in the world.
