Poll question: True or False?

I receive about 100 (or more) spam emails each day on my various email accounts. Some of the Subject lines are a hoot. Today, one of them said:"Women always judge men by the bulge in their pants."

So, pondering the ways of the Universe and the many ways this sociological pearl of wisdom could be interpreted, I have to ask the DU community whether it's True or False. If true, even to some extent, then I'd wonder about such things as "Where?" or "What?" or "How much?" or "Why?"
