1. Within the law? Armed revolutions sometimes work, but with all
the mob-control high techitry the gummint has at its disposal, I don't know that that's an option.

2. I posted the exact same thing last night on GD..
and I keep thinking about the scene in "The Firm" where Tom Cruise's character lectures the FBI agent about how he got every member of his firm on multiple counts of mail fraud and how tough the statutes where. I sure hope to hell that they are going after these guys under RICO, wire fraud, mail fraud, securities fraud, etc., etc. but I have little faith they are.
