2. Half the reason this board is so pro-wall street bailout is because its overwhelmingly white collar

That's my perception of the place, backed up only anecdotally by an unscientific poll done a while back where something like 70% of the respondents identified as such. Like I said, can't prove it, but that's my hunch...

If we had some more working class folks here, I think we see something a little different.

4. White collar workers are in the minority around here

most DUers are students, blue collar workers or retired persons. There is nothing wrong with having a white collar job. I'm white collar AND I've belonged to a union. I don't see where many DUers are very pro-Wall street outside of being able to keep their pensions and 401ks that they've spent their entire lives working for. None of us are pro CEO greed and corruption- and that's where our troubles mostly emanate from.
