Herding Cast Take 2
I've been on this blog since the primaries and I have noticed an entertaining trend: when we, Democrats, have a common cause (enemy) we tend to stick together and get crap done. On the other hand when that unifying element is not present, we tend to bitch, piss and moan about EVERYTHING. Not just that, but we are prone to slaughter each other in a frenzy to have our personal opinions heard above the din of pop culture bullshit. If I have taken anything away from the last eight years Republican rule it is the simple lesson of fighting in private and solidarity in public. We tend to fight in private and then let it spill into the public view where every jerk with a cable news or radio show points out how divided we are. Just to cover my ass, I'm not saying that we must all drink the kool-aide and vote identical every time, but on the HUGE issues, shut the fuck up and support one another.

1. A lesson you haven't learned - Democrats think.
Therefore, it is impossible for us to fall in lockstep. You must not have been paying attention because even when there is a common enemy, we still disagree. That's the beauty of it - we all think for ourselves and have differing opinions. One of the reason's I'm proud to be a Democrat. :patriot:

3. Thinking is not the problem
It's refusing to see that the sad truth is you eather vote for or against the republicans and their ideas. The third party option is a joke in this country.

4. All of those actually
Huge issues: Illegal War, Impeachment, Universal Heath Care (should it ever come around), Supreme Court Justices, any issue that changes or has the potential to change the American way of life. Herding cats is in refference to getting Dems to stick together.
