At 3 pm EDT, if you get A&E, there's another random episode of "The Sopranos." You know - the show where they murder everyone who does them wrong.

If we were The Sopranos, and the bad guys were the GOPigs, well, you do the math.

Very good therapy for folks like us, dear friend. I never miss it .....................

3. As an old Jersey Girl living in FL, my favorite part is the beginning showing

all those great old sites along the Jersey Turnpike, etc. I usually fly into Atlantic City these days, much easier, but Newark Airport is only a few miles from those places. Love the Sopranos.

4. It just came on -

I love the opening, too - Satriale's, Pizzaland, how the modest old houses change into McMansions.

I spent my summers in Jersey, first saw the ocean at Point Pleasant, and, boy, do I have great memories of those times! Of course, being Italian helps.

I just ordered the Sopranos cookbook, and two books about the show. I'm as nuts about it today as I was when it began.

Did you see that James Gandolfini got rave reviews for his opening on Broadway the other night?

6. We owned Leggett's Sand Bar in Manasquan many, many years ago.

My kids loved Pt. Pleasant boardwalk, the oldest son lives there. Did not see the reviews but love James. Good for him.

I can find Alterman's book "The Book of Bush" and Hightower's book "Let's stop beating around the Bush" and I am listening to Fahrenheit 9/11 where he says "Bush's limo hit the gas ... and for the next 8 months it didn't get any better for George W. Bush."
