8. They didn't arrest her, one of the reasons being she didn't actually

steal anything and she was Palins half-sister I guess. Mudflats has the detail. As a person in recovery myself for many many years, I do have a tug at my heart for this poor soul. She's sick, her brain is not functioning correctly and she's addicted. Get to it by any and all means is a sad story. Hope she gets some help.
