How has George Tenet's name remained out of the news?
George Tenet was the Director of the CIA from July 1997 until July 2004. One wonder's why there are no demands for him to come before Congress and explain how he either allowed his Agency to torture or was by-passed in the chain of command within his Agency that ended with his employees torturing at the behest of ... well, of someone.

How on earth has he managed to avoid being the focus of unethical, immoral, and illegal activity during his watch? Powell and Rice are two others that simply had to be intimately involved who so far has been notably successful in avoiding responsibility here.

4. He's one of the three CIA directors who asked Obama not to
prosecute. I think President Obama is serious when he says the CIA won't be prosecuted.
