STOCKTON, Calif. -- A Stockton jury has convicted a Tracy prison inmate of killing his cellmate because he talked too much.

Prosecutors said 41-year-old Richard Kase punched 28-year-old Randy Rabelos in the throat several times, stuffed a towel down his throat and pinched his nose closed after he told him to be quiet.

I keep telling people any prison sentence is a possible death sentence. Doesn't matter what you're in for. It's what the other guy's in for...lol.

Other prisoners safety. My better half did something stupid (non violent ) when he was a teenager and went to prison for a short period of time. He said that whilst there was shuffling of inmates he was around some one who had a life sentence and said he was the scariest motherfucker he met.He said the guy was capable of anything and had no fear because he could not get his sentence extended.Thankfully they were sent to other places but still I fear for anyone who has to be around a lifer
