BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Thirty-four civilians were killed in Baghdad, Iraq, on Wednesday when a parked car rigged with explosives blew up, an Interior Ministry official told CNN.

It occurred outside a restaurant in the Shiite neighborhood of Shula in the northwestern part of Iraq's capital. 72 wounded.

2. Pissed off Sunnis. They're the minority now. They're probably exacting a bit of

"retribution" for sins, either actual or perceived. They spent the entire Saddam era as top dogs, and the Shi'ites had to "eat it."

When the Shi'ites (who outnumber the Sunnis) finally got out from under the oppressive yoke of Saddam, they wasted no time in abusing the Sunnis that they felt opressed them. Sunnis were told to get out of their houses, with no time to pack, and they were taken over by Shi'ites in many cases.

It's an ugly religious divide. I don't see it as getting better anytime soon, to be blunt.
