The clearest sign of the nature of this organization was the swift movement to scrub the site after they discovered an active member and poster on their forums took their terrorist rhetoric to heart and committed a terrorist act.

If they were innocent of condoning terrorism, they would have left it all up for everybody to see.

These are just two examples of direct linkage.

Operation Rescue has been haunting this doctor for years using inflammatory rhetoric, calling him amurderer and inflaming people like Roeder.

This is no different from Aryan Nation case in Berhanu v. Metzger.

The organization Operation Rescue haunted the doctor and inflamed Roeder. That's the basis?

Metzger set up the skinhead gang that committed that crime and then congratulated them on their success, so I think that may be a little different.

Roeder should with absolution be tried as a domestic terrorist, there's no doubt of that. If found guilty, I hope he dies in prison. But I'm still not sure about OR. I'd like to hear/read more before I settle my mind on it. Wish their site was back up.

Again, I really have no idea, but that's not much of a case. Army of God? No problem. Terrorists, no doubt and fuck 'em. But these guys, if that's all there is, I dunno. Slippery slope.
