It is time to start a movement to shun advertisers of Limbaugh

He has been so over the top for so long. I think any radio station that continues to carry him should see their advertisers shunned. Suggesting to give vacuum cleaners to professional minority women, including Sotomayor is so beyond the pale it renders me almost speechless. I have had more than enough. How do we go about this? Any thoughts?

4. How? #1 = People will tell you that boycotts are useless: Ignore them.

I think one engages in such behavior as much or more for one's own satisfaction than anything else.

#2 e.g. I ended my relationship with cable TV today. I intend to keep track of my progress in changing my life by posting here and elsewhere about the effects of ending cable. Perhaps a running discusson of what it's like to boycott Limbog advertisers, logging the various actions in such a boycott would be useful.

They need to be told you won't be doing business with them. Tune in and make a list. Rush needs to be shut down.
