So Cheney got those CIA memos he wanted declassified in time for his book?

On the side of the IG report, CIA is also releasing supporting documents, including those that Former Vice President Dick Cheney requested declassified earlier this year. Cheney maintains that intelligence shown in these documents will justify the torture and interrogation program’s venture into the ‘dark side,’ despite Hayden’s characterization of torture and detention as a merely a ‘modest success’ , which didn’t even stop any attacks on Americans.
