Swine flu is a "false flag operation"

According to the local RW radio jerk Obama is going to run a "false flag operation" with swine flu as his rationale for declaring a police-state style take-over. Apparently this is planned in order to ram his agenda down "our" throats.

This fellow spews 4 hours of prime drive-time hate of this nature every day, Monday through Friday.

Is there anyone tracking and documenting this type of rhetoric at the local level? This is the level where the carefully couched phrasing of the more legally astute ringloeaders is stripped away. It is these local callers interacting with the small time local talkers that forms, imo, more of a nexus for the insanity than even the blogs. This is where the "angry voice" is modeled for all those frightened whites cowering with their guns.

We need a website where this stuff is recorded, transcribed and posted with full attribution.

At the very least that would open the door to challenging how well the station is serving the public interest when their licenses are up for renewal...

that at first, earlier this year, I also was skeptical about the loud noise made over this strain of flu. At the time I read all the threads and all the reactions on both sides, with some noting how convenient it was that the story suddenly took the Cheney/torture story off front page.

I even brought it up at a clinic I was visiting that dealt with infectious diseases and even the docs there said it was too early to predict anything. Then it all died down and we didn't hear anything more for a while. Then my wife had a work mate that came down with a virulent form of flu, had a culture, and it was Type A that had morphed into H1N1. Then my wife got sick, but she was only down for 4 days. She got better, had a short relapse and never looked back.

Then one of my best friends got sick a couple of weeks ago. He didn't tell me but he canceled an appearance and a vacation and visited his doctor and stayed home, mainly due to the high fever. After 5 days like that he finally called me and said he was so sick he couldn't get out, that he needed Nyquil, Ibuprofen, Gatorade, light chicken soup, etc., that his fever had not abated, and he could not eat or sleep. I did as he asked and visited him. He said he had never felt that sick in his life.

The next day he called me, hacking a bad cough, saying he had called his doc, gone for more blood draw and an X-Ray. He said he could not eat the soup I brought him, so I took hims some of the Greek chicken/lemon soup that I make at home and keep frozen for whenever we get sick in our house. He was real bad that day, said the fever kept spiking, then receding, then he would have coughing fits. Now he told me that the doctors had confirmed it was the flu but that they had to culture the samples they had taken to determine if it was Type A, etc. I left him thinking that he was under care, they were monitoring him closely, etc. He did not respond to calls the next day. I panicked and was about to go to his house and pound on his door. Just then his significant other called me to say she had retrieved his cell phone and was calling everyone like me that had been looking to reach him.

He had taken himself to ER and was admitted into ICU with severe pneumonia. It is now 8 days later and he is still fighting for his life. There have been several crises during this time, but it all started with H1N1, which they have now confirmed and have been giving him Tamiflu, along with everything else. Needless to say, I have witnessed some medical marvels, as he is a middle-aged very healthy man and I think the hospital, knowing so many eyes are watching his condition, have pulled all the stops technologically to turn his pneumonia around. I am astounded at what they can pull in to help someone in such dire straits. Needless to say, he is very lucky he has a PPO health plan through his job. I am grateful he is still with us, I am leery of my own potential to come down with it, but it has been 2 weeks and I am not sick.

Just don't think that this is a false alarm. They do not know why it is hitting middle-aged people the hardest right now, but one theory is that a healthy middle-aged person's immune system will over-react and produce way too much mucous, and hence, some get pneumonia from so much mucous flooding their respiratory sytems.

If and when he gets out of ICU, I hope he does not have any sequelae, and I know why people have gotten overtly cynical. If you can and have access to the family, have them ask about lung function.

I first saw it develop in Mexico City back in oh March... so to me the pattern was a clear OMFG we are in for an interesting winter.

If you can and you can get it, the vaccine will not be a bad idea. Like all vaccines it has its minimal risk. I know I will get it as soon as it is available.

37. I am not sure what you mean about

"sequelae," and "lung function," in the aftermath but I will inquire. I am more concerned about any damage to his brain from being unconscious for so long and having such poor oxygen absorption rates throughout his crisis. He has been intubated and unconscious for over a week at his own permission, and was put on his belly last Thursday in this special bed with big pads, which rotate and has a crew that montitors a host of machines he is hooked up to.

His numbers have been up and down but have improved steadily for the last couple of days. His lung function oscillated up and down and he had onset of pulmonary edema while undergoing dialysis the other day and they had to act fast. He rallied and his numbers on the monitors have been moving steadily upward since then. His PEEP, which relates to one of the lung functions (can you tell I am not a medical person?)was at the critical limit late last week, but is now coming down to the normal range. There are lung volume numbers that have improved and his oxygen absorption rate has improved as well.

We hope for the continuing uptick in his condition and they said today he may get out of that special bed and be back in a normal position on his back sooner than they thought at the darkest moment last week.

I am 60 and for the first time since the swine flu outbreak of the '70s I will probably get the vaccine when it is ready.

Even if the rural folks had access to doctors and hospitals the death toll probably would not have changed. Many drs, nurses and patients died in hospitals.

I have read books on the 1918 pandemic and watched several documentries on it....the right argues that it's a false flag that the CDC is putting out warnings but I think that it is critical. During the first run of the 1918 Spanish flu it was fairly mild in how many people it impacted but the 2nd go round was in the fall and winter and it was devastating.

I would rather the government be prepared and attempt to prepare the populace for the possibility.

leader Dick Armey being quoted just last week, probably found on DU Google search right now if I looked, that one of the things he was predicting was that once the swine flu outbreak hits this fall, Obama would use it to ram his HCR, etc.

Does that sound like it? If so, I agree with your idea, but just tracking it at the pump handle will only get you running around in circles and chasing rabbits. I suppose that will help, but usually by that time the damage is done and the echo chamber has taken it and embedded it into their, 'Did you hear,...' starter kit which they like to use to keep suchy propaganda rolling in the radio 'conversations.'

I think we also have to trace it back to the source and in this case I would start with Armey, as that is where I heard it, and knowing these louts the way we have come to know them, it is a Rovian feature to have the leader blab it in a sound bite and then have the minions spout it non-stop for a few days on AM to embed the hook into the ongoing conversation.

I am always surprised at how easy it is to call some of these that are 'conditioned,' by this propadanda out on their lies when you ask them for the source. They don't want to admit that they heard it while they were in the john whacking off to RW hate radio and have no clue as to any of its veracity.

I would be willing to participate to track such an item and to assist in amassing such attributions. We could draft a table index or something like that which is familiar to a lot of people and they could cut and paste it and add new update dates to it so folks checking in could see when the last data update took place, etc.
