Driver With Lifetime Ban Involved In Fatal Crash
I-275 Reopened After Three Hour Closure

WHITEWATER TWP, Ohio -- An Ohio man is dead after his car was struck by the vehicle of a man whose drivers license has been suspended since 2006.

Timothy Wayne Ingram, an Indiana man who recieved a lifetime driving suspension for habitual traffic offenses, was traveling the wrong way on an exit ramp in Whitewater Township on Saturday, when his vehicle struck that of Dale A. Smith.

Smith, 64, of Madeira, died from injuries sustained in the collision, poice said.

The crash occurred just before 2 a.m.

Ingram was traveling the wrong way on Interstate 275 when he accessed the Kilby Road exit ramp going in the wrong direction.

with low life idiots like this, you can only put them into a cage, to keep them from driving. I.e., jail.

but instances like this scream for people like Ingram to have a permanent breathalyzer installed on their family cars. If you are not drinking, no problem. If you are drinking you shouldn't be starting the car.
