Barry Delainey attends the funeral of Private Kevin Elliott near Dundee in Scotland September 15, 2009. Private Elliott was killed in an explosion in Helmand province in Afghanistan on August 31. Delainey, a civilian, was Private Elliott's best friend. Delainey and Elliott had a pact that when one of them died the other would attend the funeral wearing a dress, an official army source said.
