What hours did Don Imus used to be on MSNBC,
...in Eastern Time?

Any rumors of his replacement?

2. Thanks. If they wanted to be simulcast a liberal radio show, Bill Press...
...is the main syndicated alternative, and "The Young Turks" is the AAR alternative.

I've only heard Bill Press a little, but his show seemed good based on that.

I'm not familiar with "The Young Turks."

5. I hope they don't choose Michael Smerconish.
Bill Press is a thousand times better.

8. Philly is all conservative radio
but Imus was broadcast on 860 AM WWDB after Smerconish took over the 1210 time slot. I don't know what WWDB will air on Monday morning. Smerconish is a bore and he is scared of every person who is from Middle Eastern descent. Smerconish think all Muslims are terrorists. And he idolizes Glen Beck.

7. Here's a snip of an article I posted, suggesting Keith Olbermann --

Who should replace Don Imus?
Posted Apr 12th 2007 by Jonathan Berr

What should MSNBC do now that its dumped Don Imus?

According to the New York Times, Imus generated $50 million in revenue through his shows on CBS Corp.'s radio division and on the General Electric Co. cable television network. Plus, Imus' program was dirt cheap for MSNBC to air....

MSNBC has got to come up with something. Morning television is a cash cow for both broadcast and cable networks. Let me offer a few suggestions for replacement for Imus....

1) Keith Olbermann -- He's smart, opinionated and under contract with the network. Moreover, he would regularly outrage Republicans which would make for entertaining viewing....

9. please email MSNBC....attention Steve Capus
and ask for an hour of that time to be given to liberal-talk-TV, such as Countdown. There is obviously a great hunger in the country for Olberman-type programs, and a program that early in the morning would not contend with Countdown, it would complement Countdown. I think that many of our Dem politicians would jump at the chance to appear on a liberal talk-tv show, just as they sadly jumped at the chance to appear on Anus.
