The G-20 Announces the "New World Order"
Michael Collins reports that the ongoing economic struggle of billions of people didn't deter key
G-20 figure Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke from announcing that the worldwide recession is "very likely
over." Of course, there's a qualifier. It will be a jobless recovery which raises the question,
just exactly who will be recovering?

The G-20 Announces the "New World Order" - Citizens Respond

bailoutpeople.org

Pittsburgh -- A new world order is emerging at the G-20 Summit in Pittsburgh with a decision by the group to become the premier coordinating body on economic issues. Radio Free Europe, Sep. 26, 2009
Snip

The Pittsburgh Summit focused on changing the regulations governing the world's financial institutions and processes In addition to rewriting the rule book, the "new world order" announced that the G-20 is now the "premier coordinating body on economic issues" which will benefit the wealthiest interests in each member country.

But it was more than just about making the banks behave. In cooperation with U.S. and foreign law enforcement agencies, Pittsburgh police and unidentified law enforcement agents unveiled some new programs for citizens. These had nothing to do with much needed jobs and health care, barely mentioned at the meeting. Rather, the G-20 premiered the "sonic cannon," a device designed to cause serious pain from ultra shrill sonic waves beamed at those exercising their rights of freedom of speech and assembly. Snip

The Epitome of Failure

An objective judgment on the promises of the London G-20 meeting, growth and jobs, shows a complete failure by the group. The world's economy continues to slide into oblivion with no remaining bright spots except for Wall Street bankers and others who caused the crisis. The largest U.S. and European financial groups have cash and credit guarantees of a potential $23.7 trillion (annotation) to preserve their market positions and executive perks. These guarantees were enabled by the actions of some of the very same leaders attending the Pittsburgh conference. It's a tight circle.

Some are moving to utopia. One thing is for sure... technology is far gone as central character any more. I can't keep up or rather ahead of the curve...

6. But did we give them enough?
Now is hardly the time to be holding back. Some of the fatcats are still having to pull into the Yacht Club piloting last year's model! Oh, the shame of it all. How can you people sit there all comfortable in your cardboard boxes down by the river and just seemingly not care at all about the CEO who's become the laughingstock of his social circle because he only has a Gulfstream V? At long last, is there no shame at all anymore? No wonder Jesus wept.

42. Do not worry about those fat cats.
Edited on Fri Oct-02-09 03:56 PM by truedelphi
Tim Geithner revealed this:
"We are not going to walk away from the greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression and leave unchanged and leave in place the tragic vulnerabilities that caused this crisis," Geithner said. "And we have worked very hard at a very early stage in this process, in this administration, to build consensus on a very strong set of international standards for reform."

He added that the United States aims to preserve confidence in the U.S. financial system and keep the dollar strong.

"We have a special responsibility here in the United States to make sure that we are doing the things in this country to preserve confidence in the U.S. financial system," Geithner said, "confidence that is important to sustain the dollar's role as the principle reserve currency in the international financial system and we expect, as I think countries around the world expect, the dollar to retain that position for a very long time."

Furthermore: U.S. President Barack Obama was attending plenary sessions in the morning and afternoon and hosting a working lunch. He was expected to hold a press conference near the close of the summit to lay out the group's final agreements.

Surely Geithner and Obama together will work it out so that the Common Person rather than the fat cats will finally get theirs.

I mean, it's all part of CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN, right?

Geithner, A Man We CAN TRUST, BECUZ THERE'S SIMPLY NO ALTERNATIVE (other than LARRY SUMMERS)

And why do they need to eat? The settlers camped out, why can't they? Now people even want decent health care. When will the demands end? Do you have any idea what it costs to buy a yacht and my God, the upkeep as well as staff wanting to be paid.

13. Those pssky "people"
I dropped this paragraph but I'll share it for Me:

It would be a conceit of the rarest order if the declaration emerging from the Pittsburgh Summit were titled "The Warhol Protocol" in honor of Pittsburgh's native son, Andy Warhol. It was Warhol after all who relished the roll of mass producing art in his studio called The Factory; art that consisted of nothing much more than oil paintings of soup cans, celebrities, and other public objects. Soup lines around the world would have extra meaning as the work of the G-20 continues to make those lines longer.

Otherwise all those people could band together and pool their money and someday, when the Milky way actually becomes chocolate, they could make some real money. It's more exciting than building an infrastructure or caring for people or providing meals...you know those boring, lower class jobs.

40. What a hard hitting and
energetic piece. When the G 8 had a summit in San Francisco some years back, a friend of mine asked me to help her with her booth at a local grocery store in Sausalito. We were having a good deal of fun and great interaction with members of the community when this odious guy showed up.

All we were doing was handing out pamphlets about the take over of our local hospital by Sutter Corproation. Along came Armitage, and he told us to leave. We told him the store owner had given us permission and he went ballistic, telling us we''d be sorry if we chose to stay. He went into the super market and got the owner to make us leave.

His license plates read "G 8"

These people are scary. They will not be happy until the population has been reduced by 70 to 90%. With them making a pretty penny every step of the way.
