Taitz Alleges Judge Secretly Met With Holder -- And Cites Coffee Shop Sighting To Prove It
Justin Elliott | October 5, 2009, 10:23AM

In a 24-page filing littered with all-caps, bold, and underlined text, Birther attorney Orly Taitz is demanding that a federal judge recuse himself in a case that has morphed from a soldier's attempt to resist Barack Obama's orders to what Taitz sees as a prosecution of herself.

Taitz alleges that Judge Clay Land met with Attorney General Eric Holder, who was allegedly spotted at a small coffee shop across from Land's courtroom in Columbus, Georgia, on the day of a Birther hearing. A strange affidavit by one Robert Douglas describes the putative sighting of Holder, sans entourage, who "probably thought he would not be recognized."

Douglas writes:

**** I looked up and immediately recognized an individual entering and approaching the serving counter, due to his well know TV displayed distinguishing features: his trim upper lip mustache, not large of stature and general olive complexion.

That alleged sighting is "circumstantial evidence suggesting that, in fact Judge LAND was influenced by prior association or direct ex-parte communications with Attorney General Eric Holder, acting as agent on behalf of de facto President Obama," Taitz writes in her motion.

It's a matter of public record, too.

Edited to add a link to Fox Business NEws account of AG Holder's agenda in California from July 14 to July 16 of this year which covers the period where Ms. Taitz alleges AG Holder had a "secret meeting" with Judge Land in Columbus Georgia.

21. Ah, but it was POSSIBLE that he got a secret ride on an SR-71 Blackbird
to Georgia, had lunch, and then hopped the fast spy plane back to California in time for his next appointment. Come on, you have to admit it was possible.

See, they sent the Holder double to California for the boring meetings while the REAL Holder was in Georgia leaning on Judge Land.

3. What I want to know is where are this woman's husband and children?
She's got grown children.

This woman is in dire need of mental health help. Where is her family and why haven't they intervened before she does ( or maybe she already has...) some permanent damage to her livelihood and their family name?

I'd love to be a fly on the wall at her house. I bet it's not too pleasant!

7. From what I can read of it
The ersatz Attorney General Holder was merely in a coffee shop across the street from the courthouse where Judge Land presides. There isn't an allegation that Judge Land ever met with or even saw the man in the coffee shop. It would be an insult to stove-piping to call this stove-piping. I see Ms. Taitz leaving Georgia considerably lighter of wallet.

I wonder if the judge will ever tell her directly what a sorry excuse for a lawyer she is, and how she is utterly unqualified to represent anyone in federal court for any purpose. And I am not being pejorative. She's incompetent.

At last, the October 5th Birther Show!

Hear ye, hear ye! Tomorrow in the squared circle, we have the reigning tag team of common sense and the law, up against Orly Taitz and her flying monkeys. Who will win?

October 5th: the day the Government asks for a motion to dismiss in the case of Barnett vs. Obama. It may also be the day when we see a massive, classic meltdown on Orly Taitz's behalf when Judge Carter no doubt finds for them, and tells Taitz, Kreep, et. al. to take it up with his circular file.

Doc over at Obama Conspiracy Files has a way to view Orly's website without getting hit by the malware that seems endemic to it, and reports thusly:

Today Orly Taitz tells us that the Washington Post who interviewed her, and who had a photographer do a photo shoot yesterday, will be publishing what Orly calls an “article- biographical expose about me and my legal challenges of Obama's eligibility” this Monday, October 5, timed for the hearing before Judge Carter in California.

...

Orly continues to hammer USJF attorney Gary Kreep who is now part of the Barnett v. Obama case representing Markham Robinson and Wiley Drake. She accuses Kreep of messing up her case and doing nothing to help. Now she accuses him of stiffing her out of a $2,000 contribution from a named donor.

Then Orly makes the inexplicable comment:

“I used this motion to simply pour dirt on me.”

more here

:wtf: "I used this motion to simply pour dirt on me" ????

42. Try Thurgood Marshall - I kid you not......
“What, for example, was ever more political in 20th century Georgia than the question of school desegregation?” Taitz asks. “Surely this distinguished southern judge would have jailed Thurgood Marshall in the 1940s and ’50s for contempt when the future Supreme Court justice repeatedly filed cases demanding on constitutional as well as social and psychological grounds the desegregation of primary and secondary public schools against well-established precedents such as Plessy v. Fergusson …”
