Remember the cop who choked a paramedic? He's suspended AGAIN for using excessive force
Twice in 5 months. If OK Highway Patrol doesn't wise up and shitcan this guy, they're going have a murderer on their payroll one day.
Khristopher Douglas told KWTV-9 that he was on a friend’s property when the troopers pulled up. He was told to move away from the house and, when he did, he said he was thrown down, beaten with a club and arrested.

"He (Martin) started beating me with the nightstick and the other officer jumped on my back and put a knee in my back and I was getting hit with the nightstick,” Douglas said.
...

Martin was previously the police chief for Fairfax in rural Osage County from March 1999 to July 2000, which ended when he was fired.

"I said 'Why can't I go inside and be safe,' and he said 'Go to the street.' So I turned around, and next thing I know that officer grabbed my arm and curl up like this while he's beating me," Douglas said.

Douglas said he was never given an explanation and was cited for obstruction.
...

Jerry Ford, who owns the house where the incident occurred, also witnessed the altercation and said he thinks Martin lost his temper.

"When he approached me, he approached me with his chest out and just looked like he was ready to fight," Ford said.
...

OHP officials said they are reviewing video from Saturday's incident. Once the investigation is complete, the video will be made public.
