The KKK's message is exactly the same message as the republicans...
Edited on Sun Oct-11-09 01:39 AM by Unrepentant Fenian
I'm watching a special on the Klan on the History channel. Except for the "Jew hating", the message of the Klan is exactly what the republicans are saying. They hate Gays, they hate Spanish/Mexicans/Immagrants, they hate "Liberals" and obviously they hate Black people. Conservitives won't admit it, but their beliefs jibe exactly with the Klan.
As I watched the program, I actually had to change some of my basic beliefs. Sure, I defend their right to assemble and spread their bullshit. But I really think that if they were all to die some kind of violent death, it wouldn't be so bad. Free speach and the free exchange of ideas is inviolate. But these murdering scum motherfuckers have no right to pollute the world people are trying to improve. I'm too pissed off to go on. I know that I'll say something to get banned. On second thought, who gives a fuck. I hope that every KKK member dies a violent, miserable death. Fuck 'em all.
ETA "Message" again in the tile

5. "These people crawled out of a sewer!"
The GOP is stuck in the racist mindset of the mid-20th century south. God and Guns...and a distorted view of both!

7. Because the GOP is now the KKK.
They have distilled out the moderates, and only want the haters.

10. I think that might not be true.
Some might be Libertarians, others Constitution Party idiots.

9. The GOP is just the operations wing of the KKK.
The ideology is developed by the sheet wearers and implemented by the GOPhers.

12. Engaging in a little stereotyping yourself there
So you're saying that people like Cheney's daughter hate gays? Or Michael Steele hates blacks? Sorry, but while the Republican party does attract the largest amount of haters, not all of the party is made up of them. Perhaps you should think before you stereotype.
