Why can't we shut the door on all the 'anti choice' politicians?

We keep getting beat over the head with an issue that was decided in our favor by the United States Supreme Court almost 40 years ago. Now a bunch of B.S. over this issue is getting in the way of health care reform (such that it is).

My logic tree goes something like this....

SCOTUS decides that the Constitution insures a woman's right to choose>>>>>>>

Our elected officials swear an oath to uphold the Constitution>>>>>>>>

Our elected officials have sworn to uphold a woman's right to choose !!!!!

Why do we even put up with anti-choice politicians? We should call them out for being in violation of their oath of office at every turn. I know it will take years to catch on but the sooner we start the sooner it will start to sink in.

2. The problems comes from the fact that most people don't recognize the courts anymore
Nobody on the right does at all because of Roe v. Wade and Brown v. Board and decriminalizing homosexuality and the like, and a large chunk of the left doesn't either because of the various Scalioids in the thing. When you get to the point where people are saying the Constitution is unconstitutional, it's going to be pretty hard to turf politicians for "mere" oath violations.

3. My problem comes in on what we mean by choice
If you choose to go to bar that allows smoking, should that choice be restricted? Your body, your choice.

If you choose to eat fast food and others tell you that it costs us more in health care, should you have that choice taken away or punished on some way to save dollars?

If you choose not to get a vaccine because you don't want to put such into your body will others still stand by you and you making a choice over your own body?

Your body, your choice goes to a lot more than just abortion.
