Co-worker of my brother in law and someone my wife went to school with murdered last night. Next door to the place I go to get cigarettes. WTF! Nobody in custody. Upstate NY is becoming a gang and drug infested war zone.

We have a pretty good local info network that way. Ears in dark places if you feel me, but I doubt I can post much of it here. I can clip the articles so far, but that goes a long way in destroying what little anonymity I have left here. I know too much about too many things sometimes. Info I don't wanna know.

5. My wife's best friend's nephew and his girlfriend were beaten and stabbed to death

a month ago or so in Phoenix....

The funeral home guy apologized or not being able to repair enough to have an open casket funeral.

Drugs. Drug laws, actually........

6. So sorry clifford. This season seems just wracked with grief everywhere.

And I'm sorry to folks that will get testy about it, but too easy to get illegal guns. I have zero problem with responsible firearm owners, but something has to be done. Some kind of reasonable limits because obviously a lot of legally obtained firearms are making their way out there.

7. I think the only thing you can do about the illegal guns is

apply such harsh penalties to them that no one wants to fuck with them:

20 years for selling more than one illegal firearm.....15 years for using a firearm in a crime - robbery, etc, etc.....ON TOP of the sentence for the crime itself - call it 'firearm aggravated"


"Use a gun in a crime, tough guy?? Here's your cell for the next 25 years...."

Let out the pot dealers and the druggie small timers with no violent records and shove the gunslingers into a deep, dark, place....

Who is willing to blast someone through his door on the main street in the city, no shit, obviously a lot of illegal guns are "falling off trucks" somewhere too, but then you're into the big time boys and they have enough bank to make people look the other way.
