Poll question: Is Going To A Movie Part Of Your Xmas Day Tradition?
I never could understand movies opening on Xmas Day, but there must be a good reason for it.

How about you? Do you make it a point to go to a movie on Xmas?

1. I'm Jewish. Movies and Chinese food are a time-honored tradition.

2. We had Chinese food last night, but it's not the same as it was in NYC.
The only thing Jewish about me is my penis... ;)

6. Avatar! Avatar!
With a strong anti-war message integrated with environmental awareness this is a great holiday release. The technology is whiz-bang, too. Recommended!

8. We do the extended family thing on Christmas Eve
and the four of us always go to a movie on Christmas Day. The kids still look forward to it at 19 and 20.

This year it was 3-1 for Sherlock Holmes vs. Avatar.

9. We went yesterday with out family to see Invictus
It was magnificent!

I just talked to a friend that had the honor of meeting Mandela in the 90's.

He said that Mandela was so tall and stately -- he had a very soft but firm voice and was absolutely the most impressive person that he had ever met ... and my friend has met many well known people.

The movie was a MUST SEE -- Matt Damon was fantastic!
