Sally Quinn is on MSNBC and she's upset about breaches of national security,
mostly the one involving the WH state dinner breach. She's calling for the firing of the social secretary so the President wouldn't look "weak and vascillating."

1. I have a question. Since when is it good form for a lowly
reporter to call for the firing of anyone? And isn't she the religious reporter? And why would or should anyone care what she says?

And what does the social secretary have to do with anything? Is this a meow fight?

2. So the social secretary should be fired for a breach in security?
that's like firing the weatherman because someone broke into his office.

the stupidest people on earth are pundits in D.C.

:wtf:

5. As soon as the publishers of the Post resign for being wrong on just about everything
I'll consider thinking about whether the social secretary is actually a security official. :eyes:

10. Bingo...
Isn't that the same Sally Quinn who came to prominence at the Washington Post by schtupping Ben Bradley and breaking up his first marriage?
And isn't that the same Sally Quinn, who, after she was safely Mr. Ben Bradley's #2 (and I use that term in full awareness of its multiple meanings) crapped on Bill Clinton re Monica Lewinsky because, as she said (and I HEARD her say it with my own shell pink ears) everybody in Washington would have been fine with Clinton if he'd just had an affair with a woman of his own age and class?
Is that the Sally Quinn we're talking about? Damn. I thought we'd heard the last of her.

12. "I don't know what 'sleeping one's way to the top' means."
i remember her on c-span's WJ one morning during the monica scandal.

a former wapo employee called in and called her on her affair with bradley

and accused her of sleeping her way to the top.

sally said, "I don't know what 'sleeping one's way to the top' means."

she's also best friends with andrea mitchell.

Aren't they in charge of White House security? And, who is this Sally Quinn that I, or anyone else should give a shit about what she thinks?
