. . . and David Ogden Stiers was one of the actors doing the VOs and he quotes the Charleston Mercury newspaper from November 8, 1860 after Lincoln's election: "The tea has been thrown overboard. The Revolution of 1860 has been initiated."

It occurred to me that this is what the present day teabaggers and their ilk really want - Revolution - a War of Independence. These lunatics don't really want to win elections or change policies - they want war, civil war.

We best prepare.
