Bush did it. Obama should too.
Bush was constantly calling out dems for not confirming his appointments. Obama needs to be broadcasting what the pukes are doing re his appointments.

Why isn't he?

Bush made 171 recess appointments. Of course, that was over eight years...

I hope he hits them with recess appointments. Bush had 167 during his first 6 years.

Obama needs to use his power. The time for talking is long over, IMHO.
