Last night, I got elected VP at our newly organized tenant association

We formed this association to get the board back on track and give voice to the 150+ people who live in our community and are not being represented due to bad behavior by several board members.

Last week, we announced there would be a meeting to discuss forming the group. 52 people showed up...unprecedented in this community. Usually, no one shows up.

We decided to form the association at this meeting. Mr. Gray gives his opinion at the end of this tape. I show up behind him, stuffing my face (as usual).

i have been running for my board because the current board are investment owners and i don't feel they represent full time residents. i wish i could say i was going to get anywhere but many are in this president's pocket. :eyes:
