Democrats plan to ram through renewal of Patriot Act provisions in jobs bill?
Andy Taylor at the Associated Press had this headline on his morning story:

"Senate Democrats circulated a jobs bill Tuesday that's light on new initiatives on boosting hiring and heavy with provisions sought by lobbyists for business groups, doctors and the satellite broadcasting industry."

And that wasn't all, as Reid also made clear wants to shift $20 billion in general funds to highway programs as well as an extension of the anti-terror Patriot Act.
