NYC snow estimates are UP AGAIN! 12-17

It's been going up for 2 days. It was originally 6-10, then 8-12, then 10-16. Now it's 12-17!

DC went down from 10-20 to 8-16.

4. Eastern LI here, it snowed wet snow for a while, rained for a very short while and is now

coming down in a steady fine powder.

I shoveled the wet heavy stuff and what's coming down now won't be too hard to shovel later or tomorrow.

Not sure how many inches already, my guess is 6-7" with another 4" enroute along with high gusting winds.

It's a mess and very difficult to deal with. Of course, wet snow is better than no snow.

10. It is nearly over for DC. You guys are in the bullseye now.

Baltimore got more than DC. Philly is going to get way more than Baltimore. This storm is actually still maturing. Some are saying it could explode in a few hours. It is near to a hurricane right not. Almost has an eye and a central pressure at 985 and falling (980 is a hurricane).

Hunker down, you guys.
