1. Sure, as will the US Gov't
because they're business partners in that regard, in my opinion. What other rationale could there be for the continued prohibition of a non-toxic, non-lethal, non-addictive, naturally-occurring plant?

4. Cartels love the fact that marijuana is illegal.
It creates less competition for them (and they can just kill their competitors). It also drives up prices, meaning more profit.
