Sarah Palin and the Media

It seems that Sarah Palin may have a better read of the people concerning her political future than the media has or wants to have. It was reported this morning that Palin may be getting her own reality tv show. As part of the story the question of whether or not Palin would run for another political office was once again brought up. This question keeps being asked dispite the fact that most polls show the vast majority of Americans and even a majority of Republican do not think Palin should run for a political office.

Palin herself, unlike the media, seems to have seen the polls and decided to become a celebrity as opposed to a politician. I think the real reason Palin may be interested in doing a reality tv show is that she realizes that she will not have a political future as a politician. As a result, she had decided to get whatever she can now and maybe fade into the background later.

This all reminds me of THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES... Can't wait to see what the family is like after it is swimming in millions of dollars.
