MUNICH — When Pope Benedict XVI was archbishop of Munich and Freising, he was broadly described as a theologian more concerned with doctrinal debates than personnel matters. That, say his defenders, helps explain why he did not keep close tabs on a pedophile priest sent to his archdiocese in 1980 and allowed to work in a parish.

Yet in 1979, the year before Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, the future pope, approved the Rev. Peter Hullermann’s move to Munich, the cardinal blocked the assignment to the local university of a prominent theology professor recommended by the university senate. And in 1981, he punished a priest for holding a Mass at a peace demonstration, leading the man to ultimately leave the priesthood.

1. Ratty might as well come out and admit he has no problems

with HIS priests raping boys and girls. Obviously he is a man of God and has no time for mortal vices - unless they are liberal in nature then he derails whatever it is as Satan.

Name me one organization, besides NAMBLA, that would knowingly hide rampant child rape
and then still employ the child rapists and continue to put the child rapists in positions
of power around children. Then, when victims come forward--they are told to shut up or
called liars and treated like criminals.

They knew it was happening. They did nothing. They knew these serial predators were
creating victims. They didn't care about the victims. In fact, they punished the
victims.

There is no other organization, besides NAMBLA, that engages in such pedophile-enabling behavior.

but I strongly believe that a fairly constant percentage of priests are diddlers, and it evidently is no impediment to their advancement.

All church bigwigs - bishops, archbishops, cardinals, popes - started out as priests.

5. People who aren't pedophiles...

...are repulsed by the mere mention of what pedophiles do. We can barely
stand to even HEAR about what these predators do.

My conclusion is that the catholic-church hierarchy is not repulsed. In
fact, they are the opposite. They make it easier for pedophiles to
sexually victimize innocent children, and they hide these crimes and promote
the people who do these things. Furthermore, they punish the victims and
force them into silence.

These people are not against pedophilia. No one who is against pedophilia
would act this way. NAMBLA members would behave the same way.

I think the handwriting is clearly on the wall. This institution is a play
ground for pedophiles and the reason that the pedophiles were protected,
promoted and allowed to victimize other children---is because the institution
is pro-pedophile in the upper echelons.

Only fellow pedophiles would cover for other pedophiles. The normal reaction
to a pedophile is revulsion and dialing 911 as fast as you can. Promoting,
covering and offering up more children--are acts of pedophiles.

Fellow pedophile priests/bishops/cardinals--who were never caught--were also
pedophiles too. That's my conclusion. There's really no other explanation.

God only knows how many pedophiles are in that institution.
