13. Yeah, not so much. Back in the late 80s a bunch of us high school kids were visiting D.C. and

several kids had boxes of "Snap n Pops."

Anyway they were blithely popping those things on the sidewalk when an admiral with a security detail came down the other side to get into a car. You could definitely see the people watching over him tense up until they realized what was making the noise. I can only imagine how this might have gone over in the ** years. (Not that Snap n Pops sound exactly like gunfire, but they were loud and can be very startling if you aren't aware someone has them.)
