Toomey leads Specter for senate in latest PA poll.
Specter ahead of Sestak in primary; Toomey back in the lead (in general election) in latest poll. Yeah ... many of us are unhappy with Arlen. But he's most likely gonna be the nominee, and we CANNOT have Toomey representing our state. We just cannot!

Toomey leads Specter in latest Senate poll

"Republican Pat Toomey once again has leapfrogged ahead of Democrat Arlen Specter in what has become a "seesaw" battle for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, a new statewide poll found. The former Lehigh Valley congressman is leading the five-term incumbent 46 percent to 41 percent, the Quinnipiac University poll found.

"Specter led Toomey 49 percent to 42 percent in a similar poll conducted one month ago. The two candidates have swapped the lead by small margins since last fall.

"... The new survey of 1,412 voters statewide was conducted March 30 through Monday, and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.6 percentage points.

"It showed Specter handily beating his opponent in the Democratic primary, U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak. Specter leads 53 percent to 32 percent. ..."
