From my reading of the law, all law enforcement in Arizona have no choice starting in August

They just abrogate all other forms of police work and do nothing other than pulling everybody over to ask for proof they are citizens,

Nothing else can be done.

If they pull EVERYBODY over and demand papers, they are not racial profiling and thus cannot be sued. The also cannot be sued for not enforcing this law.

The only choice left to Arizona law enforcement is to ONLY enforce this law and no others. It's the only way to stay within the bounds of civil law and avoid lawsuits.

Of course, this does nothing to get around the fact that immigration is an enumerated power to the federal government in the constitution and thus any state law involving immigration is unconstitutional on its face.

clowns here in Arizona,are happy tonight they now have the backing of the state to harass any
Mexican they choose.With the recent mindless law that let any citizen carry a gun any place in the state,like bars,political meetings and malls,it will be like the old wild west again.I hope we don't have gangs from Mexico taking aime at the racist fools here in rizona.
