BP Motto: "Despoil for Oil" ... Our Motto: "Prison for Poisoners"
This is the worst manmade disaster in the history of the United States and not one person has been charged or arrested. If it was one of us who committed such a heinous crime we would be behind bars right now. Surely there is enough known evidence showing negligence by BP to justify issuing arrest warrants for negligent homicide for those responsible for the deaths of 11 workers, not to mention the possible death of the Gulf of Mexico.

BP just might have destroyed the Gulf of Mexico and shattered millions of people's lives. So why are the BP executives running free? Why do corporate executives get special treatment when we would be in jail?

I am sick of having two systems of justice, one for the poor and one for the rich. The BP CEO should be charged, arrested and put in jail, and no bail should be allowed because that sociopath is a flight risk. He is worth millions and every dime, every mansion, every possession he owns should be immediately seized.

If a person is caught with drugs they can have all of their possessions and bank accounts immediately seized by the government. We need to make this sociopathic leader of BP pay by making him a pauper and putting him in prison. CEO Tony Hayward said he "wants his life back". I say give him 'his life' in the form of a life sentence in prison...

Hey Tony: This is where we put murderers:

1. Silly rabbit, punishment is for the poor and the powerless..
When it is the wealthy and powerful we must look forward, not backward.

4. Yeah, I know. The bigger the crime, the smaller the punishment if you're rich...

5. But I know it's pure fantasy to believe he would ever be put in jail.
He is rich, so therefore he is allowed to destroy the world. I remember a story of a guy getting a life sentence in California because he stole a candy bar. It was his third strike so it meant mandatory life. Anyone see a problem with the judicial system we have?

Years ago I wrote an article "If you steal, Steal BIG!" because the more you steal the less your punishment is. If you steal enough you suffer no punishment at all. When are we going to take our country back from corrupt corporate criminals?
