WOW , if this is true it is HUGE !!!

ALMOST unbelievable, but Haaretz is a reasonably reliable source.

1. That would be awesome
And since he is the PM, I would expect that he would bring along a contingent of armed bodyguards. It's time that somebody stood up to Israel's bullying and said "NO MORE". Go for it, PM Erdogan, and don't stop for anyone!

5. If you think more war is awesome
what should happen is NATO escorting inspected aid ships into Gaza. In any case, it's highly unlikely Erdogan will do this.

8. Inspected for what? Only arms?
What about distribution? Hamas only gives aid to members, family, and friends of Hamas. Will Erdogan stand there and make sure EVERYBODY is helped?

3. those who declare war on israel lose
they wouldn't be the first muslim country to declare war on israel.
and they won't be the first ones to lose that war.

israel doesn't want war, but if they have to, they will defend themselves.

turkey has moved far into islamic extremism. they're going to be a problem for nato in general.

7. Well, aren't you eager for blood.
If Turkey attacks Israel, what are the odds that Kurdistan will declare its independence?

The sure thing about the outcome of such a conflict would be that the Palestinians would still end up with nothing.

9. You must have forgotten Lebanon ~
Turkey was no problem for anyone until the Israelis killed several of their unarmed humanitarian peace activists.

I hope the Irish Foreign Minister joins him and several others. Those heroic citizens of dozens of countries on those ships have awakened the conscience of the world regarding the illegal, inhumane blockade of Gaza.

As Israel isolates itself further and further from the world in time, if they continue down this path, it will become untenable for the U.S. to continue to support their crimes.

11. How is riding on a boat through an illegal blockade "declaring war"?
Sorry my friend, but it will be Israel who declares war on Turkey by boarding and diverting that boat. And this will be a war that Israel fights alone. A prominent Israeli lawmaker this week warned that Israel was becoming a burden to the United States. He was right and an Israeli declaration of war against another American ally and fellow NATO member would be the absolute last straw.
