How Can John Boehner Always Be So Tan and Represent Ohio?

I'm not being facetious here. Ohio is a rugged, mid-western state that is bone-chilling cold 6 months out of the year. So, how could they keep electing someone that spends a disproportionate amount of time tanning themselves in either a salon or a beach?

I can understand Charlie Crist being tan year round. He represents Florida. I get that.

I just don't understand how Boehner gets away with it.
