Assholes behind the 'kill the mosque ad' that CBS and NBC have wisely banned
http://nationalrepublicantrust.com/StopMosque/index.html

A mosque is about to be erected on the hallowed acreage of lower Manhattan's Ground Zero. Where we Americans weep, they rejoice and intend to erect a shrine to the 9/11 terrorists they hail as martyrs. This offense cannot stand.

<This is an outrageous, vile lie from beginning to end.>

The National Republican Trust Political Action Committee (NRT PAC) was formed as an independent organization <yeah, right!> to help promote American values and support federal candidates for Congress, Senate and the Presidency who share those values.

The NRT is committed to continuing the legacy of Ronald Reagan. As such, the NRT PAC promotes a political <quote>vision<end quote> that includes several core <quote>ideas<unquote>:

:puke: Government is best when it is limited.
:puke: The free enterprise system and entrepreneurship are the cornerstones of America's economic strength.
:puke: Taxes are a necessary evil and should be reduced.
:puke: Our national security protects our economic and political freedoms.
:puke: A strong national defense is the best way to avoid war and deter aggression.
:puke:The American civilization finds its foundation in strong moral and family values.
:puke: Supporters of NRT come from all walks of life. They share one common belief, that America has been a great nation because of her people and their enduring values.

<They left out :puke: White Christians are the best Americans. No others need apply.>

3. If groups like this do not set fires, they have no purpose in life at all....

I live in NY and worked in the Trade Center, and lost friends on 9/11..I have no problem whatsoever with a mosque being in downtown NYC.

Bet not one of those assholes has ever even been to NY.

Oh, and BTW..what the hell is "The American civilization" ?????

5. It wasn't called the Christian American Trade Center
for a very good reason. How many employees of Fuji Bank alone died? What about Windows on the World? Yep, they were all good Christian Americans also. How many Jews worked for Cantor Fitzgerald? I personally know one who was and jumped from the 104th floor.

As others have said, there are many Christian churches in the area. Not just a mosque, how about a synagogue or even a Buddhist temple?

Maybe not put up ANY religious place of worship and just a non sectarian monument which would be more in keeping what the WORLD Trade Center was all about.

7. I still don't understand why these people even care about 9/11 or what happens at Ground Zero.
After all, it's not as if New York City is in "real America."

Or is there something wrong with my browser?
