Is anybody else watching the Sen Judicial Committee voting on Elena Kagan?
So far, Sessions and Grassley have been jerks and won't vote for her. Kyl is also being a jerk. The dems have been very supportive.

Said "I understand that we lost the election, but that is not a reason to vote against this candidate" Quoting the constitution, says that he honors the election. Says elections have consequences, he doesn't agree with her, but he will vote for her.
