It took me an extra day…
But I was able to repeat the 15 minutes of stationary bike riding I talked about in my last post.

Because of the dripping humidity here in Cleveland, I waited until the evening. Still, I could feel the moisture with each breath I took. For me, as I gather with most other people with respiratory problems, humid air breeds congestion. When the air is saturated at levels over 70%, I get so congested that it hurts.

And yet, I could still make the fifteen minutes. It wasn’t as easy as Tuesday, but I was able to hit that mark again. Twice in one week. And my arms did not ache as they did not so long ago.

an update to my blog....

1. That is really great news!
You have definitely got your priorities straight, and your eyes on the prize...sorry for the cliches, but they do fit.

You know what to do.....and now you have the energy and courage to do it.

Congrats, Chris!

Keep up the good work. Can you get a dehumidifier somehow to help reduce the humidity? At least for one small room?

Feel free to PM me anytime!

8. I heard that it has been 95 degrees in Cleveland.. very unusual...
Keep up the good work W.C. Keep doing your cycle and exercise.. it is important.

At least you know that in Cleveland.. by September, the heat will be gone. (I know.. that is a long time away). Try doing it very early in the morning or late at night.

Here in Florida.. the heat never leaves.. it's always like a wet-wool blanket wrapped around your head. And now we have to worry about hurricanes and oil spills.

Cleveland is a great place to be.. even if Lebron doesn't think so..

10. That's great!
With your progress on the exercise, I'm sure you'll be able to tackle and reduce your BMI.

And keep up the writing. Besides being therapeutic, it's good for us to see your reports here and on your blog.

We're all pulling for you!
