Grayson absolutely eviscerated Gibbs just a bit a go on MSNBC

When asked if Gibbs should resign he responds that he should be fired because he is doing a miserable job and is in over head so bad he'd have to reach up to touch his shoes.

Called him Bozo the Spokesman. Says the administration has Stockholm syndrome and totally called out Gibbs for using Fox talking points and said he shouldn't be the White House spokesman but rather a commentator on Fox.

I wish I could post the segment but I have no doubt it will be seen again and probably will end up viral on youtube. This was one of the greatest political smackdowns in a hundred years in this country.

When the talking head remarked that there was NO doubt about how he felt, Grayson flashed that big grin and laughed out loud.
I find Gibb's horrible habit of "uh..uh..uh..." so fucking distracting that I start counting how many times he says "uh" and I totally tune him out.

Gibb's comment was directed a specific group, Grayson expanded them to include all liberals.

He looked like a deer caught in the headlights when she played Frum's comments.

Then he turned around and defended the administration's accomplishments saying that Gibbs hasn't done a good job of explaning the significance of these achievements.

That was exactly Gibbs' frustration: the people who continue to diminish the President's achievements.

The White House sees an opportunity. And since the folks in the White House are as many of us have come to realize over the last 18 months, basically just opportunists, they want to take advantage of it.

The Republican Party is being taken over by the Sarah Palin extremists. The traditional Republicans are being shoved aside.

Obama was able to attract some independents in the 2008 election by offering something different, an intelligent, calm, reassuring demeanor in difficult times.

He is now hoping that disgruntled Republicans, the sensible ones who are troubled by the Palin and Tea Party nonsense, will join him in a movement of the center. That is his vision of a country that has pulled together.

Remember, Obama is the poster child for the condition called child of divorced parents. He longs for harmony, for a family in which the relationships are reliable and steady. Dreams of His Father indeed.

So, he wants to pull that estranged father -- the old-fashioned conservatives to his side and persuade them that he really is someone they should care for and work with.

As for us liberals, he wants to lump us together with the Sarah Palin crew. He wants to characterize us as the other extreme. The problem is that we are not extreme in any way. Our hero is Franklin D. Roosevelt -- historically the most Democratic of all Democrats.

Obama is not a Democrat. He is trying to found his own party, a sort of centrist thing. It's not a good idea. It's not a workable idea. But he thinks it is a good idea. It's ridiculous. You cannot deal with the psychopaths and schizophrenics in the extreme right. And you cannot equate them with us. We are FDR Democrats, tried and true. And if FDR lived today, he would be on our side and on the side of progress.

That's our frustration. Obama always starts by giving in. Had he insisted that single payer be on the table from the beginning (which he campaigned on) then we might have gotten a public option. I am one of the millions of Americans that have such a high deductible and premium ($10,000 and $500 per month and never had any significant health problems) that I don't ever go to the doctor. This is not health care. This is rape on the part of insurance companies and Obama participated in the rape. Frustrated!!!!!! Hell, I now ish I had supported Hillary. At least she has balls.

Weiner pointed out that people were saying the Prez was weak,leaning right, and not responsive to his constituency.
