Add another federal crime to O'Keefe's collection

It turns out that burning U.S. currency is a federal crime.

18 U.S.C. Sec. 333 : US Code - Section 333: Mutilation of national bank obligations:

"Whoever mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or
unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank
bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national
banking association, or Federal Reserve bank, or the Federal
Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note,
or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued, shall be fined not
more than $100 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.”

The law is enforced by the Secret Service.

I am merely saying that if he is committing crimes/violating his probation, then he should get the same treatment as other people who do such things. While he is there, he can choose to maintain his obnoxious investigative reporter persona or not. I do not wish any other harm on him.
