“Why is the MSM so fixated on the light middle-weight division, yet, for the past few years has ignored the heavy-weight division in boxing?.....rhetorical question”

I’m sure you know but everyone else it is because the #1 heavyweight and most of the top ten for the last four years or so have been white.

Edit: Boxing is ALWAYS looking for a 'Great White Hope'. It's ridiculous. The fans look for entertaining, good fights.

5. Why is there no White History Month?
How else can we celebrate the achievements of obscure white people such as George Washington, Christopher Columbus, Thomas Jefferson, Chuck Norris...?

9. Why is there no Children's Day?
Because, as Mom used to say, every day is Children's Day.

Same answer holds true here, too.

12. Oh.
Well, Mom had a good point there, anyway.

In this screwed up world, every day SHOULD be Children's Day.

The lower weights are where all the action is.

4. I like how people leave out so many applicable variables...
For years the heavyweights have been dull and boring. It's like any tomato can can now get a title fight and that's why the lighter class divisions are getting the attention - they are actually exciting fights to watch.

Though I do find one comical thing about the Mayweather/Pacquiao anticipated fight and that is the one who was questioning the masculinity of the other is now the one accused of spousal abuse and with an order of protection against his ass.

6. Exactly. Mayweather has been dodging Manny for years. He's afraid.
And after last night, he is probably even more scared.
