No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws" DADT is an abomination and goes against every moral and legal law of equality in America. Would someone please tell John McCain he took an oath to uphold the Constitution, and since he's chosen to ignore that fact, it's time to retire, it's time to resign, because he's beginning to act and look like a doddering old fool!
