Poll question: Citizens United -Robert's court lead to the Obama/Repug situation we have now?
Okay. Because the Citizen's United decision by the Supreme court basically allowed Corporate America to determine the outcome of the elections we now see this Bush tax cuts being extended (the way people are talking about it.) for 2 years.

2. I think, that with corporations spending billions on attack ads
to sway the midterm election, Republican leadership was able to spin the result as "the will of the people", and "America has spoken", when this wasn't the case at all. The result of the 2010 midterm was "the will of the CEO", and "Corporate America has spoken". Citizen's United=America Divided.
