Chris Matthews Finishes Off What's Left of "Jim" Hensarling
Seriously, I dont get all of the Tweety hate. The man is TOO adept at trapping the GOP buffoons in their own twisted logic.

Tx Rep "Jim" Hensarling (hey, if The Obama calls you "Jim" guess what? You're NEW name is JIM!) decided he need to do a little CYA after his run in with the President Friday, so what does he do? He decides to engage the OTHER member of the Democratic party that you'd be a fool to debate.

What's his plan? He wants to cut social security benefits! HA! Great idea there "Jim"! Get on every show you can and tell it to the world! Brilliant! Send all the 55 and younger crowd our way!

Best part was when Tweety started laughing at him near the end.

2. "Please cut our Social Security benefits." - Republicon Homelanders
Great...if we cut SS for Republicon Homelanders, then more benefits for Americans.

Tweety got Hensnarling to admit his fix for SS: PRIVATIZING!!!

Tweety was like a dog with a bone! Ole Jeb jes' stood there grinning with his bad teeth, probably dying inside, while Tweety hammered him. Hensnarling would "re-engineer" (translation: privatize) SS for people under the age of 55 and admitted they wouldn't get the same level of benefits as those on SS now!

Tweety then told Jeb that Eric Cantor and John Boehner would have a word with him tomorrow ("Are you crazy?")...

4. I say Reform the Entitlements of War Profiteering
If reform must be made within the budget ...

There shouldn't be massive profits made by any corporation that receives Federal money. It's not fiscally sound, nor is it patriotic.

Leave Social Security and Medicare alone!

6. That was entertaining, and you would WANT MSM ...
Bobble heads to call out scumbag Rs like that all of the time, but this highlights the "tweety hate."

His single greatest strength is his ability to put his finger to the wind and know which way it is blowing and get in front of it ...

He spent the entire first five years of the 2000's sucking republican tail and doing the "incompentent dems" routine until he saw the sea changes, then went back to his inner liberal ... See, having a male orgasm over Bush's top gun photo op ...

A week ago he was sucking republican teet and banging dems ... NOW, since BO got the wind at his sails, Mathews is taking some BACKBENCH R droid to the woodshed, but make no mistake, when the wind shifts in the Rs favor, he will be drilling the Ds again ...

7. That was great tv. He made him look even crazier than he looked Friday.
And earlier, Rick Sanchez on CNN fact-checked "Jim's" claim that the GOP's yearly deficit is now the Dems.' monthly deficit (or something similar) and found it to be way off, putting a big, red "WRONG" across his face.

"Is Jim there?" ... at which point they'll no doubt correct me, "his name is Jeb." "Well, I dont want to talk to one of the Bushs, I want to talk to JIM! You know, the one who was just on the tee vee talkin' about how he wants to cut social security. So can I talk to Jim?"

25. tweety fell for the oldest trick in the book on this one.
What the dickhead Repuke was doing was AVERAGING deficit from 1998 to now. So Bush drove up the deficit yet by averaging the numbers and taking two years of Clinton, Bush looks good and Obama looks bad because he is stuck with a much higher baseline.

It was complete Bullshit and I can't believe Tweety didn't nail him.

21. He never said that!
He said he wants to "revisit" and "re-engineer" Social Security.

Seriously, though, it was great to watch The Tweetster corner him and demand an explanation for what "re-engineer" meant, forcing him to essentially concede to the definition "CUT." It was pretty damned good.
