Cuccinelli is "looking forward" to suing feds in court on health care
Virginia's Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli appeared Wednesday evening with Neil Cavuto on FOX Business Network to discuss this week's approval by Virginia's Democratic-controlled state Senate of bill making it illegal to require an individual to purchase health care. Cuccinelli said the 23 to 17 vote "set a bar that we do not accept the individual mandate for our citizens."

And Cuccinelli told the national audience that he is itching to challenge the federal government over the issue, should Congress approve legislation requiring inviduals to buy insurance. "I'm looking forward to that contest if they want to bring that fight," he said.

As an aside, I'd like to thank all my fellow Virginians who decided to say home on election day :puke:

1. That's nullification
and it didn't work for John C. Calhoun either.

2. I went and voted that day.
And believe me I didn't vote for that asshat! This is just what Virginia needs, some idiot who will waste money fighting the Federal government in a court. Money that Virginia doesn't have.

By the way, let's spread the love to those "independent" voters who helped this clown get elected, along with some of the law enforcement agencies here that endorsed him.

I also worked as an elections officer that day.
